Amplifyo runs a secure, model-agnostic Agentic RAG system (AWS Bedrock) with multi-tenant security built for scale. Each business customer operates in its own private environment, and private data is never used to train global AI models. We maintain enterprise-grade data privacy and responsible-AI practices, including annual bias testing - documentation is available for your risk and compliance teams. We also align with cyber-security frameworks and best practice in both the USA and Australia, and the stack is continuously updated in line with best practice in data, privacy and AI.
Can the bank see what customers are doing on the platform?
Only with customer opt-in, and only at a high level. The Admin Hub gives your team an anonymized summary of program activity so you can demonstrate growth and impact - without accessing individual customers' marketing data. We also deliver monthly or quarterly trend reporting, so your internal teams have the impact metrics they need.
Who onboards and supports our customers?
Amplifyo does. We run onboarding, in-app support, and program delivery - including coaching cohorts and workshops if your program includes them. Train-the-trainer onboarding and a branded video library are available so your frontline teams can confidently introduce the program.
Does this put the bank in the position of giving marketing advice?
No. The program is structured so Amplifyo is solely responsible for the software, onboarding, support and service performance. Your role is making the offer available to eligible customers - the same structure used in the bank programs we run in market today.
How quickly could we launch a pilot?
